Seeing the uproar, Hussainganj Police Station President AK Mishra, who was present on the spot, pacified the matter with the police force. When no such thing was made, the nodal officer postponed the quota allocation process and said to reach the higher authorities. All the people, including village head Ramesh Singh, gram panchayat officer Satyendra Kumar, were present on the occasion. It is said that 6 months ago, the quota of Sahimapur was canceled on the basis of the complaint and was related to Basohni Kottedar. Today the same quota allocation process was to take place but it was postponed during the uproar.
